Lisa Laspina earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Malta in 2017, followed by a Master’s Degree in Gestalt Psychotherapy in 2023.She joined the Willingness Team in 2021, where she has been providing Therapy with care and dedication, as well as managing different projects.
Since completing her studies, Lisa has worked with children with learning difficulties, fostering their development and resilience. She also gained valuable experience in the Community Mental Health Sector, supporting individuals struggling with mental health challenges to build independence and develop healthy coping mechanisms.
Lisa is deeply passionate about reducing mental health stigma and advocating for a more inclusive and supportive society. She is committed to helping clients cultivate greater self-awareness and understanding to promote personal growth and meaningful change.
Lisa’s professional interests include working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relational issues, loss, and identity exploration.Additionally, she has a special interest in supporting clients dealing with trauma, providing a safe and compassionate space to navigate their experiences and healing journeys.
