Matthew Bartolo is a psychotherapist, educator, and clinical supervisor with extensive experience in mental health and sexual health. He holds a Master’s degree in Sex and Relationship Psychotherapy and has published research in internationally recognised journals, contributing to the advancement of his field.
As the practicum lead for the Master’s in Health Psychology, Matthew combines academic knowledge with practical experience to prepare students for real-world challenges. He also teaches modules in ethics and sexual health, subjects that are integral to his daily work as a lead clinician. Matthew frequently navigates ethical dilemmas in his practice, bringing a balanced and thoughtful perspective to his teaching.
